Tuf Javelin Automatic Press

Our Screen Printing is done on a Tuff Javelin Automatic Press. We use Newman Roller-frames featuring shur-lock mesh, which is exposed on a Hix 1200W unit, which are then registered with the Newman Pin-lock registration system. The shirts are printed with Plastisol inks and dried on a Hix conveyor drier. What does all this mean? It means you get picture-perfect screen printing with every piece produced by Sunset Graphics.
